  • Year 6 Residential

    Our Year 6 pupils recently returned from an exciting residential trip to Kingswood. The children had an incredible time participating in a variety of activities, including abseiling, rock climbing, archery, low ropes, fire lighting, shelter building, and enjoying a campfire. This trip provided an excellent opportunity for our pupils to develop their teamwork, resilience, and outdoor skills in a fun and supportive environment. We are proud of their enthusiasm and achievements throughout the period.

  • Reception Superhero Day

The children dressed up as their favourite superheroes and participated in fun activities that highlighted the values of bravery, kindness, and teamwork.   • Pedestrian Training – Year 2

    We are delighted to inform you about the fantastic experience our Year 2 pupils had during their recent Pedestrian Training session! This important event was designed to teach the children essential road safety skills and the importance of being vigilant pedestrians. Highlights of the training included practical lessons and interactive discussions where the pupils participated in handson activities, learning how to cross the road safely. Engaging discussions about road safety rules and the dangers of distracted walking kept the pupils attentive and informed. A big thank you to the School Travel and Road Safety Team, for conducting such an informative session.

  • Mini London Marathon

    To inspire our pupils to be more active, last week we participated in the Mini London Marathon. Pupils were given a choice to either run, jog or walk a distance of 2.6 miles. The Mini London Marathon has become an annual event in our calendar and it provided our pupils with the incredible feeling of being part of a country-wide fitness community. Well done to all the pupils who took part.

  • Cookie Baking

    We are delighted to inform you that the Year 2 children had a fantastic cookie baking session! Under the guidance of our teachers, they eagerly rolled up their sleeves, mixed ingredients, and baked delicious cookies from scratch. The children had a wonderful time learning about the baking process and practising their culinary skills. Not only did they have fun, but they also developed teamwork and creativity as they decorated their very own take away bags.

  • Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR) Vaccination

    The vaccine is free and offered to all children in the UK. 2 doses can give lifelong protection against: 

    These highly-infectious conditions can cause serious illnesses including pneumonia, meningitis and hearing loss. They can easily spread between unvaccinated people.

    Any children in London who are not up to date with their routine vaccinations can get a catch-up dose via their GP to make sure that they are fully protected. 

    If you believe your child is missing a vaccination and you don't want to wait, you can contact your local GP to book an appointment.

  • Celebrating World Book Day!

    It was a pleasure to celebrate World Book Day on 7th March 2024, with a delightful array of literary festivities. This year, both staff and pupils were encouraged to come dressed as their favourite book characters, which ignited the magic of storytelling throughout our school. The highlight of the day was a special assembly titled “The Masked Reader,” where mystery and intrigue unfolded as individuals, hid behind the curtains and disguised their voices as they read extracts from their favourite books. After each reading, the pupils had the fun task of unmasking the reader.
